As part of our History topic around The Stone Age, Year 3 have taken part in an Art project exploring how the Stone Age people lived and how they expressed themselves and told stories. The children explored cave art, collected their own natural resources to make their own paints and collected natural tools to paint with. The children also spent time inside a teepee thinking about how life must have been for people living during the middle stone age. Finally, the children enjoyed helping to make an outdoor fire and enjoyed having a go at toasting their own marshmallows.
