New Clubs at Millbay Academy

Millbay Academy is proud to announce a new and improved way of staying connected with our clubs and extracurricular activities. This system makes it more convenient for both students and parents/carers to see what clubs are available and to secure a place. Please note that all after-school clubs must now be signed up for via the Arbor App as of 8am on Friday 14th November. Spaces are limited, so be sure to register early! If your child is interested in joining a lunch time club, speak to the staff mentioned below and speak with them to sign up.

Why Arbor?

We are moving over to the Arbor App because it provides a modern, streamlined way of keeping all information in one place. It ensures our students are safeguarded and that parents/carers are fully aware of their child’s whereabouts. The system also supports our office team by creating structured registers and allows for quick, easy communication if a club is cancelled or if any important updates need to be shared.

Missed Out?

If your child misses out on signing up for a club this term, there will be another opportunity at the start of the next term. At the end of every half term, registers will be refreshed, giving all students a fair chance to sign up for their club of choice.
