At Millbay Academy, we are modernising the way we run our extracurricular clubs. From next term, all club sign‑ups will be managed through the Arbor Parent/Carer App.

This new system will:

• 🌍 Reduce our use of paper, making the process more environmentally friendly
• ⚡ Streamline administration for staff and families
• ✅ Provide a consistent and reliable way to share information about clubs

Parents and carers are encouraged to download the Arbor App now to ensure they are ready to sign up for next term’s clubs. Spaces are limited, so early sign‑up is recommended.

We’re excited to introduce this improved system, which will make accessing our wide range of clubs easier and more efficient for everyone.
