The NSPCC helpline provides guidance for parents/carers on 0808 800 5000. Childline provides support and guidance for children and young people on 0800 1111

If you or someone near you is in immediate danger then phone the Emergency Services (Police, Ambulance, Fire or Coastguard) on 999.

Finance

For families who access Free School Meals there are Fit and Fed activity clubs that they can sign up to. Families can see what is on offer here

Plymouth Foodbank can provide up to three days of food supplies.

Citizens Advice Bureau Plymouth offer a range of advice relating to finance, housing and other related matters, they can be contacted on 08082 787 910.

Health and Wellbeing

Plymouth CAMHS crisis line on 01752 435122, if a child or young person is experiencing a mental health crisis.

Plymouth First Response for adults experiencing a mental health crisis on 0800 923 9323.

The Zone Plymouth provide advice and information to young people on a variety of issues such as homelessness, mental health and sexual health.

Online Safety

CEOP to report concerns about sexual abuse online or concerns about how someone has been communicatuing with you.

Report/Remove if a nude image has been shared online.

If you have received any threatening communications then this needs to be reported to the Police which you could do on the Non Emergency number 101.
