This week the Plymouth Patriots basketball team visited Millbay Academy to deliver assemblies on equality and diversity via their Ambassadors Programme.
Each year group had the opportunity to hear professional Patriots basketball player, 'Bris', be interviewed by Patriots community coach 'Ben', about their experiences in education, sport, equality and diversity.
The Patriots delivered an inspiring message to our students around resilience, the importance of education, as well as how to be inclusive and supportive to others despite their differences.
