Learning Records Service (LRS) Privacy Notice

The Learning Records Service (LRS) collects and stores information to create and maintain Unique Learner Numbers (ULNs) and Personal Learning Records (PLRs) for learners in England. This helps schools, colleges, training providers and awarding bodies to accurately verify learner achievements and support educational progression.
